Healing Circles

Facilitate, host, or join a healing circle; an inclusive space for support, connection, and growth. Healing circles can be organized and take place in any setting; community, workplace, school, place of worship, home, etc... The purpose of a healing circle is to bring people together to support one another through journeys of self understanding, growth, struggle, and trauma. While not a substitute for professional counseling, healing circles offer a meaningful source of encouragement and shared strength. As part of our foundation’s outreach and mission, we offer facilitator training and participation in healing circles at no cost.

Upcoming Facilitator Training:  Wednesday, July 30th, 7 to 9 pm, Holly Springs, NC

Programs, Discussion Groups, Trainings, and Workshops

We design and deliver customized programs for individuals, businesses, schools, and groups of all ages. Trauma and struggle does not only affect an individual, but the people around them. Understanding trauma can lead to more productive and responsive environments. Our programs help participants understand the signs and impact of trauma, anxiety, and adversity. Learn how to recognize, avoid, and respond to triggers, shift mindsets, and support healing and personal growth. Discover practical strategies to foster resilience, regulation, build self-worth, and cultivate an “I Can” attitude. Each program is thoughtfully tailored to meet your personal or organizational needs and can be scheduled at your convenience.
